What’s the difference between Managed and DIY?+
Managed ($500) means we install and configure OpenClaw live, on a call with you — channels, agents, souls, and hardening — so it just works and you understand it. DIY ($250) emails you the package and install script to run yourself. Same agents; the difference is who's at the keyboard.
What do I need before the call?+
A Mac (macOS 15+) or Linux machine and an AI provider key (OpenRouter is easiest — we'll walk you through getting one). That's it; we handle the rest on the call.
What if something breaks after setup?+
Reply to your setup email and a human answers. Managed includes 30-day monitoring, and every tier is covered by the 30-day make-it-work-or-refund guarantee.
Is my API key safe?+
Yes. Your key is encrypted in your setup package and used only to configure your local install. It stays on your machine — we don't store it.
