What is an AI-native website?+
A site built so AI answer engines can find, read, and cite it, and so AI agents can act on it. In practice: content that directly answers what buyers ask, presence on the sources those answers get built from, reviews, plus question-led extractable pages, JSON-LD schema, an llms.txt file, AI-crawler access, an embedded agent that answers visitors, and a hosted MCP endpoint your business can be called through.
Will schema and llms.txt alone get me recommended by ChatGPT?+
No, and we will not tell you otherwise. We tested this. Asking for a recommendation in a local category returned mostly directories and review sites, and the only businesses cited by name were ones that had published content directly answering that question on their own domain. Markup helps your pages parse cleanly and it is worth doing, but on its own it does not put you in the answer. What does: being present and well-reviewed on the sources the answer is assembled from, and publishing the content that answers the actual question. That is what we build. Anyone selling you markup as the whole solution has not run the test.
How is this different from SEO?+
SEO optimizes for Google's ten blue links. We optimize for the single answer an assistant gives, which is assembled from directories, review sites, and pages that answer the question directly.
