Who you are dealing with

The free audit
Asking for the audit is free and puts you under no obligation. A person builds it by hand, and we send it to the address you gave within 24 hours. Nothing about it is generated or sent automatically. Submitting the form is your consent for us to send that audit and to follow up about it; reply “no thanks” once and we stop.
Prices and what they buy
Prices shown on a service page are the prices for that service on the day you read them, and they can change for future work. What a given engagement includes is what we agree in writing before it starts. Where a page states a guarantee, that guarantee is what the page says, not more.
Which document wins
These terms apply when you use this website, or when you buy or use Parallax services without a separate written agreement. So if nothing is signed yet, this page is what applies.
If a proposal, an order or a signed agreement applies to your work, that document controls wherever it differs from these terms. Read it before you sign it, and ask us about anything in it that is not clear.
That agreement is where refunds, cancellation, what is in scope, and when payment is due are settled, because those depend on the work. We do not run a single refund rule across every service, and we are not going to pretend otherwise here.
Who owns the work
The final deliverables you paid for are yours, on the terms of that same agreement. What stays ours is the separate kit we brought to the job: the tools, templates, systems, methods, know-how and reusable components that existed before your project or that we use across clients. That is our toolbox, not a piece of your deliverable held back. If you need it to work differently for your project, your agreement is where to say so, and it has to say so expressly.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details go to Stripe, not to us. Digital products are delivered by a download link sent to the email address on the order.
Using the site
Use it for its purpose: learning what we do and contacting us. Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it, and do not submit someone else's details as your own. We count requests against the IP address they come from so that one source cannot flood an endpoint, and we may block traffic that abuses them. The privacy page says what that counter holds and how briefly.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Our content
The text, design, code and music on this site belong to Parallax Ventures Inc or the artists credited. The music catalogue is written and produced by Ramiche. Ask before reusing any of it.
The on-site assistant
The assistant answers questions about Parallax using a language model. It can be wrong. Anything that matters, especially a price or a commitment, is what we confirm to you in writing, not what the assistant says. The agent demonstrations on the homepage and the demo page are interactive simulations with example data, not live systems doing your work.
